Ashley Singhateh and Jaise Combs

Butler women's basketball player Ashley Singhateh and Butler men's basketball player Jaise Combs have been selected as the White Eagle Credit Union Athletes of the Week for the week of January 18th through January 24th, 2026.

Ashley Singhateh (Women's Basketball)

Butler sophomore guard Ashley Singhateh played a key role in the Grizzlies win over the Coffeyville Red Ravens 67-64 in a thriller last Wednesday. Singhateh had 15 points on four of 10 shooting, seven of 10 from the foul line. Singhateh stuffed the stat sheet by grabbing nine rebounds, five assists, one block, and one steal.

Jaise Combs (Men's Basketball)

Butler freshman guard Jaise Combs helped the Grizzlies defeat the Coffeyville Red Ravens 110-104 last Wednesday. Combs put up 19 points on six of 11 shooting, five of nine from deep. Combs also contributed with four rebounds and one steal.
