Ashley Singhateh and Aiven Riley

Butler women's basketball player Ashley Singhateh and Butler men's basketball player Aiven Riley have been selected as the White Eagle Credit Union Athletes of the Week for the week of November 23rd through November 29th, 2025. 

Ashley Singhateh (Women's Basketball)

Butler sophomore guard Ashley Singhateh helped the Grizzlies go 2-0 last week. For the week, Singhateh averaged 18.5 points on 57.7 percent shooting, four and a half rebounds, three assists, and one steal per game. In the Grizzlies 89-63 win at Pratt, Singhateh scored 22 points on 56.3 percent shooting, nine of 16 from the field, and added five rebounds and four assists. In Saturday's win vs Fort Hays Tech, Singhateh had 15 points on six of 10 shooting, four rebounds, two assists, and one steal.

Aiven Riley (Men's Basketball)

Grizzly freshman guard Aiven Riley played a huge role in the Grizzlies 2-0 week. In Butler's 132-97 win over Fort Hays Tech on Saturday, Riley was unconscious. Riley recorded 22 points on seven of 11 shooting, six of eight from beyond the arc. Five of Riley's six three pointers came in the first half, when he shot five of six at a 83.3 percent clip.
