"Butler has always felt like home to me," Ebersole said. "I'm excited to work alongside our coaches and student-athletes every day and continue showcasing what makes Butler Athletics special."
He is also entering his fifth season as an MiLB official scorer for the Wichita Wind Surge, the Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.
Ebersole earned his master's degree in sport leadership studies from Wichita State in 2026 after receiving his bachelor's degree in sport management from Wichita State in 2024.
