All entry times/marks must have been achieved during the 2020 indoor season and must appear in TFRRS. When entering an athlete in an event which they do not have a time or mark you must enter them as No Time or No Distance. An entered mark, which does not appear in TFRRS will be considered an invalid mark and the games committee will determine if the mark is disqualified or accepted as a No Time. Scratches after the entry deadline or before the start of the meet will result in the athlete being disqualified from the championship. No entry standards are required for any event except in multi’s where only the top 16 from each conference (east and west) will be accepted based on the TFRRS performance list. All coaches of multi event entries which do not get accepted will be notified via email by Wednesday evening by 10:00pm.
Entry Limits: Each college is limited to 3 entries per event and 1 relay team for the relays.
Each individual is limited to a maximum of 5 events (Pentathlon/Heptathlon count as 1 event)
Relays count towards the maximum of 5 events per individual. Failure to abide by the entry rules will result in NJCAA Region VI and KJCCC sanctions – disqualification.
Late Entry Policy: Late entry is permissible ONLY if the entry list/participation roster/heat sheets have not been released to the coaching body. There is a $100 fine per team (each gender is considered a separate team) payable to the NJCAA Region VI Track Coaches Assn. for teams who miss the entry deadline. The games committee has the authority to deny any late entries that are perceived to be abusing this policy. Late entry is NOT permissible once entry list/participation roster/heat sheets have been published to the coaching body.
Spike Length: 1/8” or 1/4" pyramid spikes only, please. No needle spikes or compression spikes will be allowed. Shoes must be checked and approved with the attachment of a zip-tie at the hip number station. Athletes will not be allowed to compete with shoes that have not been approved.
